Welcome to a new and exciting academic year at UC Davis!
I am Sravya Gonaguntla, and it is with great honor and enthusiasm that I step into the role of President of Lambda Omicron Xi for the 2023-2024 academic year. Following in the footsteps of our former President, Rajveer Sahota, I am committed to upholding the values and traditions that make our sorority a unique and vibrant community.
Like many of you, my journey with Lambda Omicron Xi began in my first year at UC Davis. Initially, it was the allure of community service and campus involvement that drew me in, but it was the warmth, camaraderie, and dedication of our members that made me stay and ultimately take on a leadership role. This sorority has been a cornerstone in my university experience, cultivating not only a sense of belonging but also honing my professional skills and leadership abilities.
Lambda Omicron Xi stands as a testament to the power of unity in diversity. Our members come from various backgrounds, each bringing their unique perspectives and reasons for joining. Whether it's a desire to be more involved on campus, build lasting friendships, or enhance professional skills, our shared commitment to service binds us.
